What to include in your Kashmir honeymoon trip
Dal Lake houseboat and shikara
One night on a houseboat is the classic start. Take a shikara at sunset past the floating market and lotus gardens.
Gulmarg gondola
The cable car climbs in two phases towards Apharwat; there is snow up top for much of the year. Book tickets online in advance in peak months.
Pahalgam valleys
Betaab, Aru and Chandanwari valleys are best seen in local union taxis, which are the only cabs allowed to most viewpoints.
Mughal gardens
